Jewellery Marketing

// What the marketing is actually for

The sale happens at the counter. The marketing decides who walks in.

// What we adjust

Four rules that do not apply anywhere else we work.

The photography carries almost all of it

Gold is difficult to shoot. Get the lighting wrong and a beautiful piece looks like costume jewellery. This is the single biggest gap we see on jewellery accounts.

Trust is doing the work, not the discount

Hallmarking, buyback terms, exchange policy and how long you have been trading persuade more than any offer. Say them plainly and often.

The calendar rules the budget

The wedding season, Akshaya Tritiya, Navratri and Dhanteras are not moments to react to. Campaigns for them are built weeks ahead, and money spent in a quiet month is usually money wasted.

The audience is not who you think

The wearer and the buyer are often different people, and the person doing the research online is frequently a third. Campaigns built only around the wearer miss the decision.

// The work

Jewellery marketing services for Ahmedabad showrooms.

Product photography and reels

Shot properly, in-house. Gold on the right background, under the right light, moving. A piece rotating slowly under good light sells better than the same piece flat and static, and most showrooms have never had that made.

Festive and wedding season campaigns

Planned weeks before the season opens. Creative ready, budgets set, audiences built, so the campaign is already running on the day demand arrives.

Local search and Google Business Profile

“Jewellers near me”, “bridal jewellery Ahmedabad”, “gold showroom in Satellite”. The map listing, the photos on it, and the reviews decide who gets the visit.

Social media management

New collections, craftsmanship, the making of a piece, customers collecting an order with permission. Jewellery is one of the few categories where people genuinely enjoy the content.

Meta ads built for visits, not clicks

Campaigns built for enquiries and showroom appointments, targeted tightly around your catchment, with the wedding and festive calendar built into the schedule.

Website and catalogue

A site that shows the range, states your hallmarking and exchange terms, and makes it easy to book a showroom appointment. For brands selling lighter pieces online, a proper store.

// Please read this one

Be careful what you put a number on.

Gold rates move daily. Making charges vary by piece. Offers get screenshotted and come back months later when the price has changed.

We do not publish rates, and we advise against putting a specific price in an ad unless it carries a clear date and a clear expiry. It is the fastest way to end up in an argument at your own counter.

What works better is being specific about the things that do not move: hallmarking, the buyback percentage, the exchange policy, how long you have been trading, whether the piece is made in-house. Those persuade, and they never expire.

// Why us

Design quality is the whole argument here.

Jewellery marketing FAQs

FAQ

Can Kosmonk handle marketing for a jewellery showroom?

Yes. Product photography and reels, festive and wedding season campaigns, local search, social media and Meta ads are all services we run, and this page sets out how we apply them to a jewellery retailer.

Can digital marketing actually sell jewellery online?

Lighter pieces and daily wear, often yes. Bridal and high value pieces, rarely. For those, the marketing’s job is to bring someone into the showroom. We build campaigns around visits and enquiries, unless you are only selling a lighter range online.

When should we start planning festive campaigns?

Six to eight weeks before the season opens. Creative, budgets and audiences all need to be ready before demand arrives. Campaigns launched in the middle of a festive week spend most of their budget learning.

Do you shoot the jewellery yourselves?

Yes, in-house. Gold and stones are really hard to photograph well, and it is the difference between a piece looking premium and looking cheap. We would rather shoot it than work with images that undersell the product.

Should we advertise our gold rate or offers?

We advise against putting a specific rate or price in an ad unless it carries a clear date and expiry. Rates move and screenshots do not. Hallmarking, buyback terms and exchange policy persuade just as well and never go out of date.

How do you measure whether it is working?

Enquiries and showroom visits, not followers. We track calls, WhatsApp enquiries, direction requests on your Google listing, and appointments booked. Reach on its own tells you very little in this category.

How much does jewellery marketing cost?

It depends on how much shooting you need and what you spend on ads. Call +91 82006 67303 and we will give you a figure after seeing your showroom and current content.
